AWARENESS

Awareness became my brand essence for many reasons. As my own journey of healing continued, I started to have more and more ‘awareness’ about myself and my reaction to my world around me. The more I removed my old patterns, programs and negative trapped emotions, the clearer I became. This clarity gave me the ability to be my own best observer of what I was thinking and how I was feeling in every interaction I was having with others. This new ‘self-awareness’ has allowed me to respond to life rather than react; helped me to be more accountable in life rather than be the victim; expanded my ability to be more compassionate and forgiving; enabled me to take ownership of my part to play.  All this has lead me to more empowerment…I am happier, emotionally stronger, confident, have healthier relationships and have more peace than I have ever known.

It is in our best interest to focus our attention on how we are taking in our world. This is best done by being our own best ‘self-observer’. By paying close attention to what we are thinking or feeling when interacting with others, we can identify what part of us is reacting versus responding…. our wounded inner child/ego versus our healthy, empowered and balanced selves. The reaction originates from the later, the response comes from the balanced self. Through the journey of healing, our self-awareness develops into a natural ability to identify all our inner obstacles that have been holding us back from our true happiness and success in life. Always being in awareness gives up the opportunity to quickly identifyclear and release our blocks

When we are in a reactive state, we are triggered by something outside of us that has re-opened an inner wound, most likely still held in our ‘cellular memory file’ since childhood. Sometimes this can also occur from the genetically inherited programing of our ancestors.

Becoming fully aware is not always an easy journey. Looking inward at one’s self may be painful especially if we are judging, blaming or are critical of ourselves. Through the healing process we are released from the pains of the past. With our new inner strength, we are able to forgive ourselves and others. This forgiving allows us to finally be free from our negative past programming. I now recognize the healing journey deepens peoples awareness of who they truly are……becoming more empowered, self aware, confident and secure in who they are and their interactions with others; as well as being less fearful, triggered and reactive.
